Eva, ganz mein Fall is a German legal comedy-drama series which aired on the ZDF network from 2002 to 2005. The series was produced by Rita Nasser and directed by Stefan Bartmann. The series stars Lara Joy Koerner in the title role as a young lawyer working in the fictional Munich Hardenberg and Hardenberg, with other young lawyers whose lives and loves were eccentric, humorous and dramatic.

Eva is a trans woman dedicated to helping neighborhood children, from her role as a social worker. The confluence between her profession and identity will lead her to understand that living according to her ideals will be difficult and that in all social sectors there are toxic stereotypes.

Eva, a mysterious woman who lives in the forest, sets a field of sunflowers on fire. She tells the police commissioner who arrests her that she did it because the children are in danger and must be protected. Eva believes she has a mission and she talks like a preacher, a sort of Joan of Arc. She sees strange blue lights in the sky. Her case is associated with the mysterious disappearance of children that have been occurring in the area, even if the youngsters seem to gladly follow her around. In the meantime, in China, a woman is exasperated because her daughter is sick.
